Theatre Work
Since 2023 I have been working as a freelance technician for theatre. I have been running sound for cabaret, try-out nights and small productions. Next to this I also gained experience installing lighting installations and rigging heavier objects.
And allround just had an amazing time being in the theatre.
BIES
It has been a great pleasure doing many editions of the Bies Cabaret Try-Out stage. Every time one of the performers has last minute ideas they want to try out.
Every time you are forced to improvise and run the show as smooth as possible.
Theater Bellevue
At the Bellevue Theater in Amsterdam I got my first experience working at a theatre and I was fortunate enough to pick up some tricks of the trade from truly experienced theatre technicians.
I mixed shows, operated audio equipment and set up everything on the audio side for a theatre show / cabaret performance.
Next to this I gained experience installing lighting systems, rigging from trusses and building decors.
